OUTSOURCED PROJECTS

C&C is specialist Service Providers and HR Consultants for financial institutions and commercial/industrial organizations, arranging and/or supervising qualified, trained, experienced and reliable personnel for appointment as permanent and/or temporary and outsourced staff. C&C is presently supervising a good number of such temporary staff who has been deputed to various departments of the clients.

C&C is operating with a number of senior staff having expertise in their respective fields, who impart training to junior staff thereby creating a team of dedicated workers. One such job is the preparation of Foreign Exchange Returns, while a number of Data Entry projects have also been undertaken on customized systems.

C&C provided Mail Management Services to at least three multinational banks at their site as well as off-site (at C&C premises). C&C integrated operation offered comprehensive range of support services which included mail sort-out, dispatch services, supervising inbound mail gathered from various departments/ branches/ drop-boxes and regional centers, also handling of documents, dispatch of statements of accounts and credit cards and then preparation of relevant MIS

Consumer Financing

-- Sales Marketing.

C&C Group offered specialized services in the field of consumer financing.

We have adequate experience in managing DSA structure and have operated at least seven such DSAs in Karachi, Faisalabad and Lahore. Also a franchise DSA was established by us for a multinational bank in Hyderabad.

Besides C&C is offering services for reference checks, verification of education documents of Sales personnel hired by the banks on contractual as well as permanent basis. Also undertake address/telephone/Bank statements verification of the prospective customers.



-- Card Holder Payments

C&C has provided specialized services to banks i.e. Card Holder Payment Processing. This service is based on credit card payments received through drop boxes placed at different places of the city. The data of articles received collated on a customized system of data input. This service also included screening of cheques, stamping for clearing, and making the cheques ready for clearing in batches.

The project was managed offsite at C&C premises and finally send the cheques to bank for onward forwarding to NIFT.
