In 1984 Mr. Abubaker Kareem, an ex-banker, established a proprietary concern under the name and style of Credit & Commerce Consultants, which was subsequently converted into a Private Limited Company (PLC) in 1992. Initially the firm was setup to offer cost effective services designed specifically to fill a gap in the complex area of Credit Control at a nominal flat fee/charge. Lateron the company entered into another important fields of Human Resources, Management consultancy, Outsourcing and Overseas Recruiting.
Since then the company is being built around the needs of banking, financial institutions, and other corporate customers gaining an enviable reputation as a specialist in the above said core activities.
Due to the continued strong growth in the client base and additions to a range of services, sometimes back (1992), a group of companies known as C&C Group was formed to facilitate effective administrative control and to handle diversified activities. The C&C Group has been divided into two sectors. “A” Sector related to Credit Control, Finance Outsourcing, Logistic and Courier Services while “B” Sector is related to International Trading & Sourcing Agent and Technology. Following wholly owned subsidiaries were established in Sector “A”.
C&C group has the privilege to provide quality services to a number of multinational and local banks and companies who have outsourced many of their peripheral activities to C&C and they are concentrating on their own core activities...
C&C is operating with skilled and experienced team of professionals consisting of ex-bankers, lawyers, chartered accountants, cost accountants, architects/engineers, surveyors who are operating relevant departments and above said subsidiaries independently within their stipulated discipline but in close liaison with each other at all times.
